Mike McHugh Vice President, Media Sales and Electronic Delivery
Fascinated by radio and television at an early age, Mike McHugh has spent most of his life working alongside broadcasters. In markets large and small, at family-owned stations and those operated by some of the largest communication corporations (including Hearst and CBS), McHugh says his station experience helps him every day in his role at STRATA. “Broadcasters have always had relentless pressure to do more with less, and to make it happen immediately. Each year the margins get tighter, the demands increase, and the urgency never wanes. We understand that and recognize our role is to provide solutions, ideas, and support in real-time. Our mission is to help the stations better position themselves – understanding their research and telling the most compelling sales story possible.”

As the VP for Media Sales and Electronic Delivery, McHugh is directly responsible for STRATA’s analytical and sales software designed specifically for TV and Radio stations, Rep firms, and Cable Networks. He’s also charged with overseeing the widely popular AEInbox platform where account executives receive orders electronically and TVInvoices.com and RadioInvoices.com, the leading providers of electronic invoices for broadcasters.
A Pennsylvania native, McHugh has never lost his love for cheesesteaks, pretzels with mustard, “scrapple” nor Philadelphia’s sports teams. Sadly, he reports he has had only limited success cultivating the same passions in his wife and five children. He pledges to keep working at it.
